About the Author
Dr. Alaa Gado Kana is Professor at the National University. He had lectured in the Tourism and Hotel Management Department at several Universities in Iraq, Jordan, and the United States. He has experience in hotel management since 1985. Furthermore, he worked as a member of the Board of Directors and General Manager at Baghdad Hotel. Also, he is an author of two books about hotel management that were published in Jordan. His researches interest includes hospitality industry development in the Middle East.
