For those of us who cherish the smallest of things, found, given or inherited, Project Keepsake validates our desires and feelings. As I read the stories, I thought of all the little “keepsakes” I have stored away; items that only have meaning to me, even though I hope they will someday for my children and grandchildren. The type of guidance you need for your USMLE Step 1 preparation

Many people are familiar with the participation of Askdoc in many forums where USMLE takers are gathered. Today, Mike Nicol Uy have shared all his advices for the USMLE Step 1 preparation in just one place for a very low price also. I have been struggling with my USMLE Step 1 prep for a while, and this is because I had so many factors that have influenced my study plan creation which I wasn't aware of. I figured out that sometimes, I was not progressing even if I was putting long hours of studying without any sleep. After reading this book, I can now see why this was happening. In addition, I now have the right tool to prepare efficiently for this test on my own. I Know what to pay attention to when creating my study plan, how to study (Learning Phase, Mastery Phase, Test Prep Phase), how to minimize forgetting, How to memorize concepts, what materials to use in order increase my KB (Knowledge Bank) and so much more. Someone who is really eager to ace this test should get this book and use it during his/her prep. I, myself am using it and I can say this is the best book I have bought for my prep. I recommend it to any recent Grad or Old IMG who is willing to ace the USMLE Step 1 in order to get in the residency program of their dream.

Nice collection of anecdotes

I read Mr. Cash's second autobiography, Cash, before I read this one, but I still appreciated the additional anecdotes of the times that he lived and performed in, how he got his life on track, and how fervent he was about his Christianity. You can definitely hear that it is the same voice in both books, and they make a nice pair to read together.

I wish he'd delved into his courtship of June, but that's just me being nosy. All in all a nice read and another wonderful memento for his family.

I will never wear a suit of white...

This autobio is written in simple and straightforward language by the Man In Black himself. Our family has been fans of Cash long before the new Hollywood hit 'Walk the Line' hit cinemas last year. However, this new wave of Cash in the spotlight has reminded us all of his remarkable story. Johnny's simple faith allowed him to beat the 'demons' and live out the rest of His life in truth and always attributing Glory where it was due. June was his guardian angel, if you ask me. God definitely gave him a gift when he brought June into his life. His story is a touching one and will show you the power of prayer and godly people in one's life. An easy read and worth every second spend reading it. =)

AN EXCELLENT READ

I've always been a fan of Johnny Cash and his music. After seeing "I Walk The Line" with Reese Witherspoon and Joaquin Phoenix, a real desire to "hear" from John himself came over me. I absolutely loved the movie but found to my surprise that no mention of Ray Cash (Johnny's father) mistreating his son was found in the book. And actually, there were only good things said about Ray.

John told with great clarity of the horror drug addiction brings on a person. It was so sad to read his words about the pain of withdrawal but how his life changed when he truly began living the Christian life, along with the help of June Carter and her family.

I heartily recommend this book to one and all.

About the Author
JOEL S. GOLDSMITH (1892-1964), a monumental teacher of practical mysticism, devoted most of his life to the discovery and teaching of spiritual principles which he founded and called The Infinite Way. After the publication of his seminal book, The Infinite Way, in 1947, Joel traveled throughout the world as a teacher and a healer. Although Goldsmith's message was neither organized nor advertised, students of The Infinite Way increased in numbers. Today, a worldwide student body exists which continues to practice and preserve his work. More than thirty books have been compiled from his tape-recorded lectures and classwork including "The Infinite Way," "Practicing the Presence" and "The Art of Meditation."

The Best Book for Real Understanding and Growth

This book is outstanding in the value of the information and insight into the spiritual workings in our lives. I think it is the top of my list of most important books to read. It provides so much wisdom and understanding. The book opened me up to more and more being emotionally available and into grace.

by far.
Every paragraph is so rich, it feeds my soul for hours.

I can't recommend it any higher than its my "FAVORITE" book from my "FAVORITE" Author.

Strategy explained like never before!

Its a truly good textbook. It is short and precise. Its contents do not solely focus on the classic school of strategy thinking but rather the focus is put on a comparison between the classic and 3 other schools of strategic thought. The short examples from real life which are used throughout the book give a better understanding of the concepts discussed.

Cartoon Network please invest more in the quality of your Steven Universe merch!

Wanted to love it, but it felt rushed, especially the art. It took FOREVER for the book to ship after the preorder, with the release date being moved back multiple times over the course of nearly a year. When the it finally arrived I was pretty disappointed. The characters are inconsistently drawn even within the book and don't seem to be written in a way that is true to the show, there is not a lot of detail in any of it. Cartoon Network has a fanbase that is rabid for anything Steven Universe, but their releases so far have been few and not of high quality. They need to give more attention to the show's merchandising, because the show is VERY VERY GOOD, and we expect the merch to be just as good.

I enjoyed reading it, but I wasn't too happy with how the main story ended. There is a mini story in the back of the book, and I find that story to be funnier than the first one. Any Steven Universe fan would enjoy it, but I think anyone unfamiliar with the show would be confused on some of the magical elements.

It was a very sweet story that completely captured the personalities of all the canon characters. It was funny and more realistic than I certainly anticipated. 11/10 Would read again. (I've read it twice already!)
